Memory Protein Smoothie

Great for when you need to concentrate, focus or feeling mentally fatigued. Our Memory Protein Smoothie will help your brain get back on track!

Ingredients:
200ml coconut milk (or other milk of your choice)
2  large strawberries
1 small banana
1/4 cup plain greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon MemoryPlus
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Plus or Healthy Weight
1/4 tspn honey (optional)

Prep:
Blend all ingredients in a blender and pour into glass.  Drink, enjoy and feel the benefits!
