Do You Already Have a Written Recommendation from Your Doctor or Nutritionist?
If you already have a written recommendation for a formulated meal replacement or protein powder there is no need to complete the MNA screening and questionnaire. You can order the products direct via the Home Care Provider system. You can either upload a copy of the recommendation from your computer or send a copy directly to your Home Care Provider.
To help you improve your nutrition we have developed a system to enable you to easily gain access to Complete Nutrition our formulated meal replacement and Protein Powder for Seniors which is a formulated supplementary food. Both products meet the guidelines for funding under the governments Home Care Package guidelines.
If you have already received a recommendation from your doctor or dietitian there is no need to go through our MNA screening tool to order products through your Home Care Package from your Home Care Provider.
This will enable you to have the products paid for under your Home Care Plan. All you have to do is order the products you want consistent with your doctors or dietitians recommendation.
If your doctor or Nutritionist has recommended you take a formulated meal replacement or increase the amount of protein as part of your nutritional intake then there is no need to take our assesment. Just upload your written recommendation from your doctor or dietitian and we will send it with your order to your Home Care Provider.
