Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS!

We offer FREE postage to all areas in Australia for orders over $60.  We use couriers as well as Australia Post to offer you the fastest and most efficient delivery possible.  Unfortunately, we cannot provide free delivery to overseas destinations at the moment. You will be charged a flat rate of $30

When we send out your order you will receive an email notification from with your tracking number. You can track your item using the code/link you are given. If you have not received your tracking number, and wish to track your order, email us at admin@optimalessentials.com.

Orders within South Australia should be received within 24-48 hours and National/Regional areas between 2-5 days. Parcels will be delivered between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. If orders are made after 5pm on Friday or over the weekend your parcel will be dispatched on Monday.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.  Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

International Shipping

We use  Australia Post for our International shipping.   Please allow 7-21 working days to receive your parcel once it has been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a courtesy email containing your tracking number.  Orders placed on Weekends and Public Holidays will be shipped on the next business day. 

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. It is the responsibility of the customer to absorb any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We are also unable to mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.

Return & Exchange Policy

Can I return or exchange the product I purchased on the Optimal Essentials Online Store? 

If for any reason your order is damaged upon receiving them, or they are the not the correct product(s) you ordered, please take a photo and email us as soon as possible, so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct product(s). Please do not dispose of the items until we have exchanged it.  We will cover all transport costs involved in replacing and exchanging incorrect or damaged goods.

We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product(s) whether it is damaged, or not the correct item/product before we issue a replacement or exchange. In the case of our error, or goods damaged in transit, we will cover all transport costs.

Please note that we don’t offer refunds or exchanges on an expired product or used product.

I received the wrong product what should I do?

If for any reason you have received an incorrect product in your order, please take a photo and email us so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct product. Please do not dispose of the item(s) until we have exchanged it.

We will cover all transport costs involved in replacing and exchanging your order.

We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product before we issue a replacement or exchange. In returning the goods to us, we will cover all transport costs.

How do I check to see when my order will be delivered?

You will receive an Order Confirmation email as well as a Shipping Confirmation email that will give you the most up to date status of your order. If you do not receive these emails, it's either because the email has landed in your spam folder or you have provided an incorrect email address during checkout.

Once you receive the Shipping Confirmation email you'll be able to follow the link in the email to track your shipment.
