No Bake Cheesecake Pots

These simple and quick no-bake Cheesecake pots are a fabulous low-fat, healthy dessert for when you are time-poor but still need to impress!


For the base

  • 60 g Oats
  • 40 g Chopped Pecans 
  • 25 g melted Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Coconut sugar 

For the cheesecake

  • 225 g Low fat cream cheese 
  • 245 g Greek yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Optimal Essential Immune powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Berries  for decoration


  • Mix all of the base ingredients together and press them into the bottom of a serving glass
  • Mix all of the cheesecake filling with an electric mixer until the ingredients are smooth with no lumps
  • Divide the mixture between the serving glasses and decorate
  • Chill for 4 hours in fridge
