Kids Strawberry Yoghurt Smoothie

This simple yoghurt smoothie doesn’t need a lot of ingredients—so it’s affordable and quick to make. We have added our Immune vanilla powder for extra goodness!

It is perfect for a quick breakfast or after school snack and it has all of the natural sweetness you want in a kid smoothie - plus protein, calcium, Vitamin C and fibre. It is also great for little kids to drink it from a straw and is a fabulous 'starter' smoothie for toddlers.


  • Yoghurt 
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp Optimal Essentials Immune powder (vanilla flavour)
  • Ice (optional)
  • Milk (only needed if their preference is for a runnier texture)

Mix ingredients together in blender. Frozen strawberries can be used if you prefer a thicker consistency.
