NO BAKE HEALTHY COOKIES

These cookies are so easy to make and require very little ingredients. They are the perfect after school snack for the kids or afternoon sweet treat for the adults!

Ingredients

  • 2 tsps Optimal Essentials Immune or Vanilla ProteinPlus powder
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup your chosen milk
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • cups whole rolled oats

Preparation

  • Line a large baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Melt the coconut oil over medium heat in a saucepan. Add the maple syrup, milk, cocoa, peanut butter, OE powder and vanilla and whisk to combine. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes, stirring often.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the oats. Use an ice cream scoop to place the batter onto the baking sheet.
  • Chill for 30 minutes in fridge.
