Coconut Turmeric Latte

A delicious, healthy blend of spices, coconut milk and Sleep & Revive. Great as a warm drink before bed to help you sleep.
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg
1 tsp Sleep & Revive

Drizzle maple syrup or honey (optional)

Heat milk in a saucepan or microwave.  Add Sleep & Revive and maple syrup/ honey if using and whisk to mix. Pour into a mug and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
