Warm up from head to toe and get your daily apple fix with this nutrient-dense delicious smoothie. With warming spices and creamy nut butter, this smoothie is more like a treat than a smoothie!

Ingredients

150ml unsweetened coconut or almond milk

1 - 2 spoons Cacao Superfood

3 Tbsp rolled oats

2 Tbsp nut butter

1/2  green apple, chopped

¼ tsp of nutmeg

1 tsp of cinnamon​

Prep

Heat 1/2 the coconut/almond milk in a saucepan or microwave. Add the other 1/2 and all other ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture in a tall mug and add the remaining hot coconut/almond milk and stir until well combined.  Find a peaceful place, relax and enjoy the benefits!
