A delicious energy giving smoothie full of fibre, protein, omega 3, antioxidants and natural goodness to get you ready for a busy day ahead!
100ml coconut milk (unsweetened)
50ml coconut water
2 tspn pumpkin seeds
1 banana (frozen if you wish)
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup berries of your choice (fresh or frozen)
1 Tbspn natural unsweetened Greek Yoghurt
Shredded coconut, Almonds, Chia seeds, few extra berries
A delicious and super healthy meal or a snack in a bowl!
Blend coconut milk, water, banana, pumpkin seeds, oats, berries, yoghurt and powder of your choice in a blender. Pour into a bowl and add top with shredded coconut, almond slivers, chia seeds and a few berries.
