100ml Almond milk or other milk of your choice

50ml Water

1 scoop Healthy Weight Vanilla or Protein Plus Vanilla

¼ cup blueberries

1 Tbsp Chia seeds

1 Tbsp Almond Butter

1 tspn Boost

1 tspn LSA (Linseed, Sunflower, Almond blend)

Overnight Oats

Strawberry and Grapefruit Smoothie

Healthy Weight Peach Smoothie

Blend all ingredients together in a blender on high speed until a consistency of your liking.  Pour into a glass or jar and enjoy your supercharged smoothie!
