A delicious energy giving smoothie full of fibre, protein, omega 3, antioxidants and natural goodness to get you ready for a busy day ahead!
100ml Almond milk or other milk of your choice
¼ cup blueberries
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 tspn Boost
1 tspn LSA (Linseed, Sunflower, Almond blend)
Blend all ingredients together in a blender on high speed until a consistency of your liking. Pour into a glass or jar and enjoy your supercharged smoothie!
