Strawberry and Grapefruit Smoothie

An awesome smoothie that combines sweet strawberries and zesty grapefruits. Packed full of antioxidants, essential vitamins, minerals and high in protein!
200ml unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 grapefruit, peeled and roughly chopped
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup strawberries (or blueberries or combination of both)
1/4 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
* For added protein add 1 scoop Protein Plus Vanilla
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
