Papaya Power Smoothie

A seriously delicious and healthy smoothie to power you through the day.  High in protein, rich in vitamins and minerals and loaded with healthy fats and fibre.


1 cup milk/liquid of your choice

1 cup Paw Paw/Papaya

1 scoop Vanilla Protein Plus or Healthy Weight (optional for added protein)

1 tspn Boost
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Banana

2 Tbsp walnuts & almonds (roughly chopped)

Extra liquid if needed
