Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie

Who doesn't love cookies? Here's a delicious smoothie that tastes just like cookies, but is high in protein, good carbs and totally guilt-free!
1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, store-bought or homemade
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Honey or Stevia (to taste)
pinch of nutmeg
Add oats to blender, and blend until finely ground. Add remaining ingredients and continue to blend until a smooth and creamy consistency. Serve into a glass/jar of your choice, consume immediately and enjoy!
