Mango & Green Tea Stress Relief Smoothie

A delicious and super healthy smoothie.  Mangoes are rich in vitamin A,  and C, high in fibre and loaded with antioxidants. Green Tea is loaded with polyphenols and more. Add a serving of Stress Relief, Protein Plus or Healthy Weight, and you have one awesome Super Smoothie that will fuel you through your hectic day.

Ingredients

150 - 200ml Green Tea (chilled)

½ cup mango pieces (fresh or frozen)

¼ large cucumber

1 tsp Stress Relief or Chill Out

1 scoop Vanilla Protein Plus or Healthy Weight

Add any extra Optimal Essentials superfood powders of your choice if you wish

Optional extras for toppings:

Small handful mint leaves

Few pistachios (roughly chopped)

1 tsp Chia seeds

Prep

 

Add all ingredients, (except pistachios), in blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into large glass or mug and top with a topping of your choice
