Hot Chocolate Smoothie

Perfect smoothie for chilly days and cold nights.  High in healthy fats and antioxidants.

Ingredients

200ml almond milk (or other milk of your choice)

15g dark chocolate

20g rolled oats

1 tspn Cacao Superfood

1 small banana

1 tspn nut butter of your choice

1 tspn chia seeds

20ml cold water

Add in a scoop of choc/cacao Protein Plus or Chocolate Healthy Weight

Prep

Heat the almond milk and dark chocolate in the microwave (or a saucepan if your prefer) until chocolate has melted. In the blender add the oats, banana, nut butter, chia seeds, water and half the almond milk (take extra care when blending hot liquids).  Blend on high for a minute until a consistantcy of your choice. Pour the mix into a large mug or heat proof glass and stir in the remaining hot almond milk. Top with an extra sprinkle of either grated chocolate, chia seeds or oats or anything you like.
