This super smoothie with banana, pear, and almond milk is high in dietary fibre together to make this smoothie extra creamy.

Ingredients

150ml almond milk (unsweetened)

1 tspn FibreDigest

1 banana

1/2 pear (chopped)

1 tbsp cacao nibs

2 tbsp shredded coconut

1 heaped scoop of either Healthy Weight or Protein Plus

1/2 tspn pure vanilla extract
