Ingredients

250ml Unsweetened Almond milk

1 scoop Protein Plus  or Healthy Weight Meal Replacement

1 large date (pitted)

1 ripe banana

2 Tbsp cashews

1 tsp rolled oats or cinnamon to sprinkle on top (optional)
