Coconut Boost Smoothie

A great smoothie for a meal replacement or as a snack. High in protein, essential fats and vital nutrients.
150 - 200ml coconut water (for really creamy smoothie use 1/2 coconut milk and 1/2 water)
1/2 an avocado
For a meal replacement use Healthy Weight and for an extra protein hit use Protein Plus (Vanilla works best but you can use any flavour you wish).
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Optional - top with a sprinkle of chopped pistachios/almonds, etc or oats or anything that you like.
