A great way to start your day. Bananas are full of fibre, potassium and healthy carbohydrates. Chia seeds are loaded with fibre, protein and Omega 3 fatty acids.

Ingredients

100ml  milk of your choice

1/4 cup natural Greek yoghurt

1 Scoop Protein Plus or Healthy Weight (flavour of your choice)

1 banana

1 Tbspn Chia seeds

1/4 cup mixed berries

1 Tbsp organic rolled oats

Blueberry Pancakes

Choc Fudge Brownie

Fruity Ice Blocks

Prep

Blend all ingredients in a blender and bend until smooth.  Add extra milk/liquid if too thick.  Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
