Cherry Coconut Ice Blocks
Need to cool down? Dr Phil Sheldon's awesome Homemade Cherry Coconut Ice Blocks are super refreshing, super delicious, super easy to make and totally healthy!
1 cup coconut milk or water
2 cups cherries, fresh or frozen (de-pipped)
1-2 teaspoons maple syrup, or other sweetener of your choice (optional)
You may also like
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into ice block mold or cup and add sticks.
Place in freezer to set for a minimum 4 hours or preferably overnight.
