Cherry Coconut Ice Blocks

1 cup coconut milk or water

2 cups cherries, fresh or frozen (de-pipped)

1-2 teaspoons maple syrup, or other sweetener of your choice (optional) ​

Please reload

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into ice block mold or cup and add sticks.


Place in freezer to set for a minimum 4 hours or preferably overnight.
