Boost Smoothie

It takes less than 5 minutes to make a smoothie (including cleaning up!) and Boost is loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and essential fibre to give your body a boost and keep it functioning properly.  You can use any fruit you desire and any liquid base.

Ingredients

200ml liquid of your choice (milk, almond milk, coconut water, plain water etc)

1 cup frozen berries of your choice or 1 frozen banana

1 tspn Boost

1/4 tspn natural honey (optional)

Pinch cinnamon or nutmeg to sprinkle on top

Blend all ingredients excluding cinnamon/nutmeg in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.  Great as a natural energy booster to put a little spring in your step in the morning.
