A very sweet, delicious and chocolatey but guilt-free smoothie to enjoy for breakfast, lunch dinner or a snack at anytime!
150ml unsweetened almond milk (+ extra water if too thick)
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Plus OR Healthy Weight
1 tsp Boost
1 tsp Healthy Heart
2 Tbsp almond butter
1 frozen banana
1 tsp pure vanilla extract1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 - 4 chopped Medjool dates (pitted)
Shot of espresso
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Add all ingredients except the banana and chia seeds into a blender, and blend on high until well combined (usually around 30 seconds depending on your blender).
Add banana and chia seeds and blend on high again until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass or mug of your choice and drink (leave for a few minutes to thicken if you want to eat it with a spoon!)
