Banana Caramel Smoothie
A creamy, delicious smoothie that's full of goodness.
200ml milk or milk alternative of your choice
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 Medjool date (frozen)
1 tsp pure vanilla
1 - 2 shots espresso coffee
If you like a salty caramel flavour add 1/2 tsp sea salt/rock salt or similar

Add milk, Protein Plus/Healthy Weight or EnergyPlus Recovery, banana, date and vanilla into a blender and blend until smoothie and creamy. Add shot of espresso and blitz again for a few seconds. Pour into a tall glass, sprinkle a topping of your choice and enjoy!
